Immediate Available Opportunities:

  • Banquet Sous Chef
    Experienced, professional sous chef to prepare food to assist the Executive Chef in the Coordination of all food operations at our Four Diamond Resort under his supervision.
  • Line Cook
    Experienced, professional line cook to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu for all our food and beverage outlets at our Four Diamond Resort. Reports to Executive Chef.
  • Hotel Pool Maintenance Engineer
    Must be skilled in all aspects to pool care and maintenance with strong electrical and mechanical aptitude. Must hold a Certified Pool Operators certification. Reports to Chief Engineer.
  • Director of Group Sales
    The Director of Group Sales primary responsibility is to support efforts to achieve overall group room and catering budgeted revenues with achievement of individual goals as well as developing and directing a seasoned group sales team to the achievement of their individual goals. Must have proven experience. Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Conference Services Manager
    The Conference Services Manager’s primary responsibility will be active planning, execution and up selling of primarily corporate, association and local catering groups to maximize banquet food and beverage, meeting room, audio visual revenue opportunity. Must have proven experience. Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing.
